It’s been 14 years since I bought this domain, and it’s interesting to see how my website’s design has changed over the years. Thanks to the Internet Archive, I was able to find old screenshots from as far back as 2010. These images show how the design has evolved, reflecting my changing style and the trends in web design at the time (or the lack of).
One thing that stands out is the return of the blue color in the current design, along with the original logo. After experimenting with different looks, I’ve brought back these elements as a nod to the past, while still keeping things fresh and minimal.
I started with WordPress, but from 2019 to 2024, I switched to React to explore new tools and learn new technologies. You can check out the source code here. Now, I’m back to WordPress with my latest theme, Compendium, which comes in both free and pro versions.
Also, please donate to the Internet Archive if you can. Their work helps preserve the history of the internet, allowing us to look back and see how far we’ve come.
